Exciting News! Wild trekkers is coming to your school!
We are thrilled to offer a day filled with engaging Forest School activities and crafts tailored just for you and your classmates. Teachers can choose a specific theme, and we're happy to adapt our sessions to complement any of your subjects. Our favourite activities and topic-based adventures!
Whether you have a whole class, an entire school, or a small group in mind, we're ready to accommodate you. In addition to our Forest school sessions, we also provide small well-being groups designed to help children build confidence , enhance self-esteem, and learn the importance of self-care.
In addition to the planned activities for your school, the children will have the freedom to explore our 3.5 diverse woodland. They will have access to a variety of bug hunting kits throughout their adventure, as well as opportunities for den building and experimenting at our renowned potion table. We also can arrange a walk to the National Trust's Philip's House field, where we will explore the beauty of various bugs and insects that inhabit the meadow and the stunning wildflowers.

Recently, a local school visited Wild Trekkers for themed day centred around fairy tales, specifically focusing on "The Three Little Pigs". Throughout the day, the students faced various challenges. One of these involved building a den out of sticks that was both sturdy enough to hold up and spacious enough for them to fit inside. Another challenge was to create a miniature house solely made of straw and materials found on the woodland floor. Additionally, the children had the opportunity to learn bricklaying techniques from a local tradesman, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in the process.
